Keep the frequency of your training up and the legs ticking over – just reduce the volume.

Tip 3 – Take Care at the Expo

The Expo is an incredibly inspiring place but it can be an exhausting experience.

Tip 4 – Save Your Strength

Watch the elements of your day to day life that are the most taxing.

Tip 5 – Look After Your Muscles

Think about a light sports massage early in the week. Concentrate on those key stretches. Stay off your feet as much as possible and wear your OOFOS when walking around.
