Returns Policy


Our mission at OOFOS is to make yOO feel better! If you aren’t quite feeling the OO and need to make a return or exchange, please follow the instructions below. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

If you have purchased your Oofos from another website or high street retailer you must return the item to them.


If you wish to return the item you have ordered for a refund, please ensure that the item is unused and in the original packaging. You must return your order within 30 days of receipt. 

Please ensure the product(s) is carefully packaged to avoid damage in transit. Items are to be returned via our returns service, but with a tracked and insured service of your choice.

It is wise in our experience to use a tracked and insured service as a minimum – as missing parcels make it impossible for us to proceed with your refund.

Once you have a tracking number, please proceed to our returns portal to log the return and tracking code.

Our returns service is offered through an online return’s portal

  1. Please also be aware that if you are trying to return your goods outside of our 30 day returns policy – the returns portal will not allow you to proceed. We reserve the right to extend the returns period for promotional reasons or during seasonal trading (Xmas and New Year).
  2. Please also note we will not be able to process a return from you if you have not logged that you are returning it to us with a tracking number.


Holiday orders placed between 25th November through 31st December will have until January 31st to start their return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether it has been approved or rejected for your refund. Please note that it can take up to 21 days for your return to be processed and an exchange or refund to be issued.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.


If you haven’t received a refund 48 hours after you have received an email notification, please contact us.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item but in a different size or colour, please follow the instructions in our return’s portal.
