"I have severe arthritis in one ankle (for which I have a Moore Balance Brace) and a permanent dislocation of the second toe on the other foot. The heel cup of OOFOS shoes is too narrow for the brace, but the shoes are lightweight and trim enough to use for my daily physical therapy exercises, and the podiatrist (who told me about OOFOS) urges me not to do those exercises in stocking feet as I was accustomed to do (regular street shoes are too heavy and cumbersome in profile). The heel of the OOFOS sole is wide enough and flat enough side-to-side to support the bad ankle most of the time. The (rocking) soles are hard to adjust to for standing still while doing balance exercises in different static poses. Hence the rating of "8" on the satisfaction scale. Normally, my feet are completely dead by the end of the day, and they hate me by the end of the conference. This past conference was different. Wearing these Oofos, my feet never felt tired or hurt the entire conference. If you are on your feet all day long, these are the shoes for you!! 110% Recommend!!"
