The pain is still there when I'm wearing my regular shoes and sandals but as soon as I stepped into these, the pain becomes manageable and eventually goes away after a few minutes. Size is a bit tricky. I ordered an 8 by using the guide but it was small on my feet especially when wearing socks. Returned and got the replacement in a week. It was hassle free and customer service was prompt! I am thinking of getting another pair but can't decide which color yet! Overall, I'm very impressed by these!"
