THOUGH THE ONLINE CHAT IS EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. OOFOS TOOK AWAY THE CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER AND YOU CAN NO LONGER SPEAK WITH A REPRESENTATIVE. "Here’s what I love about this clog; zero foot ache or pain when I have them on. Here’s what I dislike; your feet get sweaty. It isn’t nonslip. This shoe would see a new market if Oofos made a version of this clog for kitchen workers. My problem is the employer is so strict with rules that heels can’t be exposed. This would be a staple footwear if the double comfort version was made into a shoe not made with leather please! Amen"
"I wanted a closed toe, easy slip on pair of shoes. I was excited to see that oofos had the perfect pair. I was curious if they would be heavy, they are not. The cloog has the excellent fit, feel and pain relief that I am used to. The fact that all of my oofos are machine washable is a giant perk!"
"The shoes, like the sandals, are excellent when it comes to comfort, but the sizing needs more adjustment. I usually wear a size 12, but when I ordered the size 12 in these, and the sandals, they fit like a size 13, so I had to ship them back and exchange them for a size 11, which fits, but it’s a little snug. Basically, there needs to be half sizes (e. g. , 11. 5, etc. ) to accommodate for the offsizing. Not sure why these were manufactured in a larger size than usual Oofos, but I guess it’s better to inform the public in this review to help other customers and prevent them from and shipping items back and waiting for an exchange."
"These are ok. I was expecting a lot more coming from he regular clog. To be honest it seems like the quality has slipped a bit. My last two purchases were not as comfortable. Not the same cushioning and arch support. I wear them all day every day on my feet in the operating room and when I put on a new pair, I was disappointed"
"I have an original clog, possible gen1 - the sole does slightly wear over time - especially when walking on concrete. This new PLUS clog has much more cushion, feels like walking on a cloud, I already ordered a new pair in a different color. stoked."

"Very comfortable! I am a women with a wide foot and find the men's size to be more comfortable for me. . . . I usually get a size 8 in men's and they fit fine but these do run a size larger so if you are women wearing a size 9 in women's size go with a size 7 and not 8 in men's. . . . they will fit perfectly ❤️"
