Asking for a new pair please , as right oofos is not fitting correctly
"Hi I’m sorry to say that my new purchase is not satisfactory for me ,unfortunately. The problem is that my left foot is very comfortable in them but not my right foot . It appears to be very slightly different in perhaps it’s width , preventing my foot to go to the top without really pushing it , then as soon as I walk, my foot travels back and slightly over the edge at the back and inside . I had tried someone’s oofos on in the same size and make and they were perfect , prompting me to order a pair . I did not know what to do about this but have decided to ask you to please replace this pair with a fresh pair of the same size and colour . I really would appreciate your help with this as it is a significant sum of money to pay and not to be able to wear my purchase . I love the comfort on my left foot and the style is perfect too .
